We had Kai change a few taps and service our combi boiler. Cannot fault him on his communication and workmanship. Although a few jobs had overrun on the day, he kept us fully updated and when it was noticed that we had purchased the incorrect taps, Kai left and came back same day to finnish the job whilst we got the correct fittings. Fantastic job, thoroughly nice guy and would not hesitate to use again. 👏
